This is the middle ground for our first series of interchangeable pickups called "You". Loaded with an Alnico V magnet, maybe the most popular of magnets used in guitar pickups, this is a very "80s" sounding pickup! Not excessive amounts of gain but great definition and sustain. One of the main differences between Alnico and Ceramic is that Alnico gives the musician the perception of notes, "melting" with each other which in the right hands, can make a very expressive sounding pickup. The price for one pickup includes the baseplate and one module of your election. Our modules are available in black, cream and purple.

Do I need to modify my guitar to install these pickups?

Absolutely not! This is the first system of interchangeable pickups that does not require neither a special kind of guitar or any modification to your beloved instrument.

Our pickups are installed the same way you install traditional humbuckers, but after that, changing the modules it takes seconds!

A:
After you have installed the pickup (just like any other humbucker) you can pull out the "Module" which is the actual pickup and put another one in, in just seconds.
